Griffin was born and raised in Mount Kisco, New York. He attended Kennedy Catholic High School before continuing his education at Sacred Heart University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2022. Most recently, he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy in May 2025. Griffin is excited to join the team and is passionate about working with a diverse range of patients—from young athletes to older adults—helping each individual reach their goals regardless of age or ability.
His passion for physical therapy began in 2008, when he experienced firsthand the impact of rehab while recovering from tennis elbow caused by a baseball injury. That early experience sparked a determination that carried him through 17 years of hard work to achieve his goal of becoming a physical therapist.
