Milad earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marist University, completing the program from January 2023 through December 2025. He enjoys working with both geriatric and athletic populations, drawing on his own background in weight training and athletics to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Milad’s treatment style combines evidence-based exercise progressions with thoughtful manual therapy. He focuses on safely challenging patients each visit, using creative and dynamic progressions that meet people where they are while guiding them toward long-term independence.
Outside the clinic, Milad enjoys bodybuilding and strength training, as well as diving into the Marvel, DC, and Star Wars universes. Born and raised in California, he moved to Poughkeepsie for physical therapy school and is excited to now call the Hudson Valley home. Milad is passionate about serving his community, helping people feel stronger, safer, and more capable in their everyday lives.
