Description:
Will work with management and marketing to formulate and execute a plan to convert prospects into paying customers. Will constantly refine methodology for maximum effectiveness, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Purpose:
1. Increase quality and quantity of customers / patients at Empire Performance PT.
2. Nurture relationship with these referrals so they become lifelong clients and refer friends and family.
Skills
1. Excellent communication skills, written, in person and over the phone.
2. Patience Persistence and Persuasiveness.
3. Excellent typing skills, excel, word, powerpoint, infusionsoft.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Ability to interpret reports and take action.
6. Ability to navigate google drive.
Responsibilities
1. Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
2. Managing, tracking and following up on leads through phone calls, email and special offers.
3. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
4. Developing sales/marketing strategies.
5. Creating and updating activity reports.
6. Maintaining relationships with outside referral sources.
7. Verifying insurance coverage of incoming and potential patients.
8. Being a warm and welcoming ambassador of the company greeting patients when they arrive, getting them water, taking payments, and scheduling future appointments.
9. Cheerfully answering the phone and returning patient and prospective patient calls. (You will be provided with scripts to guide many of your phone
conversations ... especially with prospective patient calls. It is important you are open to coaching and guidance on how to manage and process phone calls, because in many ways you will be our frontline ‘salesperson’)
10. Creating and scheduling social media posts (If you like social media, you’ll love this part of the job)
11. Cleaning of the office (sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, tidying up, etc), laundering sheets/ pillowcases.
Compensation
1. Base salary plus monthly productivity bonus.
