Born and raised in Mahopac, NY Tony is the founder and owner of Empire Performance PT, LLC. Tony believes that no goal in life is unattainable, whether its a personal milestone or returning to activity after an injury. Dream big! Tony received his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT in 2011. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in 2008 and later earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Tony was a four year lacrosse student-athlete at Sacred Heart where he served as a captain for two years. In his senior year, he earned Scholar All-American and was later drafted by the Boston Cannons in the 2008 collegiate draft.
A graduate of Mahopac High School in 2004, Tony was a three sport varsity athlete in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Lacrosse. In 2004 Tony became the first XC runner in 30 years at Mahopac and the first ever indoor track runner to compete at the New York State Championships. He capped off a stellar high school career with All-American honors in Lacrosse while leading Mahopac to a sectional title.
