Personal Training and Group Fitness at "other locations" carries a 30% chance of getting hurt.
Why?
Most 'trainers' do not have a National Certification that establishes a minimum competency, have more than a few months as a 'trainer' or lack an educational background in exercise and most importantly do not have experience with training individuals with prior medical injuries, surgeries or illnesses.  (Chances are they do not even ask you about this)
All 'trainers' at Empire Performance PT are Nationally Certified and ALSO have a DOCTORATE degree in Physical Therapy.
Due to our more extensive training and higher education, we are able to design a SAFE, EFFECTIVE, and PROGRESSIVE program to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals.
Our professional team approach delivers results and you will NOT find that ANYWHERE else!

A full client history, goals, and biomechanics assessment will be compiled  with a Doctor of Physical Therapy before beginning any training regiment. 
Full body functional workouts utilizing three plans of motion are designed for individuals or small groups in order to:

  • Improve Performance
  • Assist in Weight Loss
  • Improve Body Composition
  • Increase Muscular Flexibility, Speed, Power, Strength, Reaction Time and Endurance
  • Build Aerobic Endurance
By utilizing various principles of specificity, muscles are worked in groups rather than in isolation-creating "real-life" movements. 
Individual and small group training sessions can also be used for:
