Sports Performance 'Trainers'  at "other locations" carries a 30% chance of getting hurt.
Why?
Most 'trainers' do not have a National Certification that establishes a minimum competency, more than a few months as a 'trainer', lack an educational background in exercise and most importantly do not have experience with training individuals with prior medical injuries, surgeries or illnesses.  (Chances are they do not even ask you about this)
All 'trainers' at Empire Performance PT are Nationally Certified and ALSO have a DOCTORATE degree in Physical Therapy.
Due to our more extensive training and higher education, we are able to design a SAFE, EFFECTIVE, and PROGRESSIVE program to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals.
