- Initial consultation to evaluate past training and develop future goals specific to you.
- Full season race calendar planning.
- Basic Training Peaks account to view your plan online and via mobile.
- Workouts are sent in three-four week blocks via Training Peaks account.
- Detailed weekly plan tailored to your needs.
- Race taper plan and post race recovery plan.
- Race day execution and nutrition plan.
- Coach will adjust your schedule, as much as needed for unforeseen events.
