Triathlon Coaching

Many athletes utilize a triathlon coach to have a plan customized to their schedule, to hold them accountable for their workouts and to be more time efficient with workouts.  Whether your training for an IRONMAN or a sprint triathlon, if you are looking to improve your results, consider using a coach.
The training plans offer the following features:
  • Entirely customized to your schedule
  • Multiple race planning / Season planning
  • Proper periodization and training phases
  • Heart rate ranges
  • Power ranges
  • Pace ranges
  • Training and race day nutrition guidance
  • Email / phone communication
  • Basic or premium TrainingPeaks account for your training plan
**"The Plan" is combined with a communication level to make up a coaching package.**
** Please Note**  *The below plans can be modified for duathlons*

"The Plan"

  • Initial consultation to evaluate past training and develop future goals specific to you.
  • Full season race calendar planning.
  • Basic Training Peaks account to view your plan online and via mobile.
  • Workouts are sent in three-four week blocks via Training Peaks account.
  • Detailed weekly plan tailored to your needs.
  • Race taper plan and post race recovery plan.
  • Race day execution and nutrition plan.
  • Coach will adjust your schedule, as much as needed for unforeseen events.

Please Choose a Communication Level Below.

Level 1

  • One (1) scheduled phone call per week.
  • Two (2) emails per week.

Level 2

  • One (1) scheduled phone call per week.
  • Unlimited e-mail communication/support.
  • 1 FREE Group Cycling class/month
  • 5% discount on all Group Cycling classes, Group Fitness classes and Recovery Zone boots.
  • Free classes do not rollover to the following month.

Level 3

  • Unlimited communication via email, text and phone.
  • Upgraded Premium Training Peaks account to view your plan online and via mobile.
  • Workouts are sent in one-two week blocks via Training Peaks account. (Increased communication from athlete/coach allows for better feedback and adjusting to schedule based on how you are feeling)
  • Initial Bike Functional Threshold Power (FTP)/ Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR) testing/ Graded exercise test performed on Computrainer with coach.
  • Initial Graded exercise run test performed on treadmill with coach.
  • 1 FREE Group Cycling classes/month
  • 1 FREE Recovery Zone-RecoveryPump® boots session/month
  • 10% discount on all Group Cycling classes, Group Fitness classes and Recovery Zone boots.
  • Minimum 3 month commitment.
  • Free classes do not rollover to the following month.
