Each of our plans is customized to work with your schedule, meet your needs and help guide you towards achieving your very best on race day.

Each individual athlete has different needs and objectives which lay the foundation for how we approach their training.  If you're an athlete, you have goals; and the key to achieving those goals is to keep making progress in the right direction.  Progression and maximal potential can be achieved with your passion and our structured customized coaching. 

We understand you have a life, you may have kids, a husband/wife, a dog, and other commitments which is why we get the most out of every minute of training... Every workout has a purpose, we don't believe in junk mileage. 

Showing up on race day in the best shape of your life does not guarantee you the best result of your life.  


Within EMPIRE we take your fitness level and maximize it on race day through our 4 pillars:
  • Confidence - We helped you get to the starting line but YOU put in the work which is why YOU are more than prepared to tackle the goal before you. 
  • Patience - Preparing for an event takes time which requires your body to become stronger and recover through phases.  Rome wasn't build in a day and neither was your body.
  • Discipline - Execute the plan that was designed for you through training and through the race, resist the urge to follow the trend of "doing what everyone else is doing, because everyone else is doing it". 
  • Passion - You're passionate about your goals, we are passionate about helping you reach them.  We can coach paces, numbers, heart rates, etc, but we can't coach heart!
